Hi, Mannequin site does not recognise my credentials, even after validating my email address. See attached screen shot.

You are getting this error message because one of the measures you selected (Eye Height) is not available in this database (CAESAR), as is shown by its greyed out appearance. If you remove this measure from your analysis, you should be fine.

Hello! I do not get a mannequin even though I have verified my account and there is no measurement grayed out. I would appreciate quick help as I have a deadline to hit.

Iām afraid that Mannequin does currently not support that many measures simultaneously. This may change in the future. Apologies for the inconvenience.
